Precision Comfort (PC) is all about providing constant comfort and skin protection. Founded over 20 years ago, these pressure management and positioning cushions were designed using the highest quality materials such as form-fitting silicone gel. This provides easy maintenance and can endure years of use. These seats are ergonomically contoured to help maintain proper positioning and reduce fatigue. A moisture-wicking, four-way stretch, and fluid-resistant cover maintains a dry and comfortable experience for the user while allowing them to form into a gel and Visco insert properly.

The PC Deep cushion features a specialized silicone gel insert that molds to the user’s ischial tuberosities and coccyx, optimizing pressure redistribution. Its deep-well design with ergonomic contours prevent sacral sitting and enhances stability.
Gel
The PC Gel Cushion features an ergonomic contour with a gel insert overlay, offering an excellent entry-level option for new Precision Comfort users. It offloads coccyx/sacrum and supports healthy pelvic positioning for lower extremity stability. The gel overlay enhances immersion and support, ensuring comfort during prolonged sitting.
Air
For high-risk clients, the PC Air Cushion features a manually adjustable air bladder for customizable immersion and offloading. Its deep-well design with ergonomic contours prevent sacral sitting and enhances stability. The universal gel overlay prevents bottoming out, and the contoured foam base ensures conforming support and gentle medial abduction.
Lite
The PC Lite is a high-performance general use cushion for users who can independently perform weight shifts. Its ergonomic contour enhances lower extremity stability and reduces fatigue. A rear concave channel offloads coccyx pressure, while the moisture-wicking cover keeps the user dry. Its lightweight design allows easy transfers between chairs.

Lateral Trunk Support
The PC lateral trunk support accommodates both low and high muscle tone with engineered durability for clients with spasticity. Its linked rotation mechanism ensures optimal pad contact by conforming to individual body shapes, while enabling precise adjustments for postural asymmetries.
Lateral Pelvic/thigh support
PC’s pelvic/thigh supports are universal and can accommodate all users with varying muscle tone and positioning needs.
